Lovin' the Summer Sun

We went to Pineview last weekend and had a blast! It makes me happy that our kids love the water cause so do Josh and I. We took Molly with us to swim for the 1st time and she loved it. We will definitely be going back lots this Summer.

4th and such

The 4th is my very favorite holiday (which Josh just doesn't get and thinks is crazy), I just love it! I love parades and carnivals and fireworks and BBQ's, it is such a fun time of year! We went to the Clearfield parade on the 3rd and then to the spray park on base, then shopping for fireworks. Tanner was able to come with us and and it was so fun getting to hang out with him! On the 4th we had friends over for a BBQ and fireworks. On the 5th we went to Lagoon with our good friends Nick and Tabitha and had them over for yet another BBQ. We didn't go to any city fireworks this year, I just didn't think Peyton could handle it. It made me sad cause that's my favorite part, but we will definitely do that next year! Happy Forf :)

Race for the Cure 2010

Some of my very best friends and I participated in the Race for the Cure on May 8th. It was such a great experience, one that is sure to become a yearly tradition. Josh and the kids surprised me and came to support me; I didn't expect to see them there, it was such a great surprise!

Lil P's 1st birthday party

We had a family party for Peyton to celebrate her 1st birthday and it was such a great day. She loved her cake (she is my child, after all) and had fun opening her presents. Thank you to our families for coming and making it a special day!

One year ago...

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, PEYTON!!!
Our baby girl is a whole year old and we can hardly believe it! We love her so much and couldn't have asked for a sweeter lil girl. We love you, Peyton!

Spring 2010 - so far

We have been out enjoying the warm weather, it has been awesome! We played at the park, went to Easter egg hunts, saw baby animals, went on long walks - I love Spring!!

Picnic at the Park

Last week my sister and her husband had a wedding to attend so Josh and I had the chance to watch their kids, Elena and Xander. They live in Wyoming and we don't get to see them very often so it was nice to get to spend time with them. The kids played so well together and we had a great day! We went to a park near our house and had a picnic, can I just say how glad I am it's getting WARMER!!
